Discover the Joy of Doula Support

Postpartum Support Rooted in Respect, Calm, and Care

I am a Montessori-trained postpartum doula with a deep respect for the early relationship between parent and newborn. My work is grounded in observation, empathy, and practical care—meeting families where they are during the tender postpartum period.

In addition to my doula training, I am a Montessori Nido and Toddler teacher, guiding infants and young children through their earliest stages of development. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMass Boston and am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. These experiences shape my holistic, mindful approach to care.

Together, these roles allow me to support families with a unique blend of developmental understanding, emotional awareness, and calm presence—helping create environments that feel respectful, nurturing, and sustainable for both parent and child.

  • My approach to postpartum care is rooted in Montessori principles of respect, observation, and thoughtful support. I begin by listening—taking time to understand each family’s rhythms, needs, and values before offering guidance or hands-on care.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I focus on supporting the whole family through gentle routines, prepared environments, and practical, sustainable support. This may include caring for your newborn while you rest, offering feeding support, helping with simple household tasks, or providing reassurance during moments of uncertainty.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive presence that builds confidence over time—so families feel capable, supported, and at ease as they move through the early postpartum weeks.

  • I work with families in all stages of the postpartum journey—first-time parents, growing families, and those navigating new rhythms with siblings at home. I support families seeking calm, respectful care as they adjust to life with a newborn.

My services are available to families looking for daytime support, overnight care, or services through referral programs, including MassHealth. I welcome diverse family structures and work to meet each family with care, flexibility, and respect for their individual needs and values.
